dew point monitor
Application
The TW-W is a dew point monitor and is used to prevent condensation on pipes. The dew point temperature is the temperature at which the air reaches saturation and water begins to condense. When the dew point is reached (100% r.h.) or malfunctions occur, the relay is de-energized and control measures are taken, e.g. heating or other actuators are switched on to prevent condensation.
Device and power interruptions are also signaled at the same time. Installation is possible on both metal and plastic pipes.
